BEAUTY BAR POLICIES- Our policies have been implemented to create mutual respect between our clients and artist. It’s vital that both parties follow through with these expectations. These policies are non negotiable in order to maintain your journey at Extended Beauty Bar, LLC. CANCELLATION- In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 48 hours of notice before your scheduled appointment time or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your account. If you cancel the day of your appointment, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to your account. In the event of cancelling/ rescheduling 3 times within one month, we will no longer allow you to book at Extended. We understand things happen and people get sick; please give us the courtesy of letting us know in a timely manner so we can accommodate you in these instances. LATE ARRIVAL- If you are going to be more that 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, please call and let us know because your appointment will most likely need to be rescheduled to help prevent later clients from waiting. NO SHOW- In the case of missing your appointment without giving any notice, 85% of the original scheduled service will be charged to your account and must be paid before rebooking any appointment at Extended. SERVICE GUARANTEE- Our priority is giving each client an experience that will have them coming back for more. If for some reason you aren’t fully satisfied, let us know within 3 days of your service so that we can accommodate the changes free of charge.
